Korean Keratin Lash Lifts are the natural girlies's best friend. It is a low-maintenance alternative to eyelash extensions that enhances, lengthens, and curls your natural eyelashes!
Do you want to unleash your natural eyelash's potential? Here are some answers to frequently asked questions to prepare you for your appointment:
How long does a lash lift last?
The lash lift typically lasts six to eight weeks, but it varies according to your lash cycle. The curl itself does not “fall,” rather, the lift lasts until each of the individual lashes has grown out and shed from the lash line.
How soon after can I get another lash lift?
To maintain the health of your natural lashes, it is best to wait six to eight weeks after your initial appointment to get another lash lift. Alternatively, once most of your lashes are no longer curled, you should be safe to get another lash lift.
Can I get lash extensions with my lash lift?
Curled lashes make eyelash extension application difficult, but not impossible. Whether or not you can get eyelash extensions with your lash lift will differ from artist to artist, so please consult your eyelash extension artist.
Are lash lifts damaging?
When done carefully and professionally, lash lifts should not damage your natural lashes. The Korean Lash Lift technique ensures that your natural lashes will not be over-processed and includes two keratin treatments to nourish your natural eyelashes.
What is the aftercare?
There is minimal aftercare with lash lifts. Makeup, oil, and eye-rubbing are no problem at all! I would avoid sleeping on my face because it can make your lashes more crimped in the morning (but the crimp will fall naturally or with water). Lash serums and nourishing treatments are recommended but not required for maintaining voluminous and long lashes.
How long does the appointment take?
The appointment typically takes 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on add-ons (tint, bottom lash lift, etc).
Should I book a bottom lash lift?
A bottom lash lift is a perm that straightens the bottom lashes and is recommended for clients whose bottom lashes grow parallel to the ground or upwards. Clients whose bottom lashes grow downwards will not see a noticeable difference.
Should I book a tint?
A tint is a semi-permanent solution that darkens your eyelashes for approximately four to six weeks. Tint is most recommended for clients with light brown and blonde eyelashes.
